Leysin will host the freestyle skiing and snowboard competitions from the 18th to the 22th of January 2020.
Known for its sunshine, the purity of its air and great sport facilities, Leysin is a mountain village resort located at the gateway of the Vaud Alps in Switzerland.
Leysin and its neighbouring region offer a wide range of sport throughout the year. In winter, alpine skiing, freestyle skiing and Nordic skiing are among the most popular activities, and a multitude of well-marked routes make it possible to hike during both summer and winter. Thanks to its high-altitude restaurants and mountain cafes, one can discover culinary cheese specialties in a fairy-like atmosphere.
For the Lausanne 2020 Youth Olympic Games, Leysin will host the freestyle skiing and snowboard competitions.
