Access & Transport


We recommend using public transport. Taking public transport means you can travel to the different venues without the stress or worry of finding a parking space.

Getting to the different venues  

Les Diablerets (Alpine Skiing): From Aigle train station, take the tpc train to Les Diablerets station, which is a 10-minute walk from the venue.

Leysin (Snowboard and Freestyle Skiing): From Aigle train station, take the tpc train to Leysin-Feydey, then either take a 5-minute shuttle bus or walk to the cable car or chairlift (pedestrian access). 

Villars (Snowboard, Freestyle Skiing and Ski Mountaineering): From Bex train station, take the tpc train to Villars, then from there take another tpc train to Bretaye, or: From Aigle train station, take the tpc bus to Villars, then take the tpc train to Bretaye. 

Champéry (Curling): From Aigle train station, take the tpc train to Champéry station, which is a 5-minute walk from the venue.

Vallée de Joux (Cross-Country Skiing): From Le Day train station, take the Travys train to Sentier-Orient, then take a 10-minute shuttle bus to the venue. 

Les Rousses, Les Tuffes Nordic Centre (France) (Ski Jumping, Nordic Combined and Biathlon): From Nyon train station, take the NStCM train to La Cure, then take a 10-minute shuttle bus to the venue.

St. Moritz (Bobsleigh, Luge, Speed Skating and the Medal Ceremonies for those disciplines): St. Moritz Speed Skating Oval: From St. Moritz Rhaetian railway (RhB) station, take bus line 9 and get off at St.Moritz Bad, Reithalle, which is a 3-minute walk from the venue. 

St. Moritz Olympia Bob Run: From St. Moritz RhB station, take bus line 1 to St. Moritz, Schulhausplatz, then take bus line 2 to Celerina, Olympia Bob Run.

You simply select the discipline of your choice and the transport app instantly shows you where the competitions are taking place, how to get there using public transport and how long the journey will take. 

Available on the App Store and Google Play from 11 December.  

Lausanne 2020 staff will be available at both Lausanne and Aigle train stations to inform visitors on how to get to the different venues.

Special offers for public transport 

We are offering spectators a "Mobilis Lausanne 2020" day pass for a special price of 20 CHF or 10 CHF with a half fare travelcard (junior travelcards also accepted). With this pass, you can travel to all of the Lausanne 2020 competition venues (except St. Moritz) from any stop on the Mobilis network.  Access to the ski lifts at the venues is not included in the ticket price. 

Tickets are available to buy from 15 December, on the Lausanne 2020 website, via the Guide Me Yodli app. 

Shuttle bus services between public transport stops and the competition venues (Vallée de Joux, Les Tuffes, Leysin) are included in the "Mobilis Lausanne 2020" ticket price.

Parking

Due to the large crowds expected, we strongly recommend that spectators use public transport.  Public car parks will be available at the different competition venues, but spaces will be limited.  Please comply with the instructions given on the premises.
