Photographing digital environments: slowplay video game performance
Suitable for all audiences
An evening to recreate photography conventions in digital environments. Without prior knowledge, we choose a game and examine it to find interesting shots, which we then make our own by retouching them together. Just like with a real photograph, we mark out the points, either put them in the shot or not, position the camera, and we choose an angle and a shot. The public get involved by offering their opinion and suggesting games. The shots are printed and put up on the walls of the Museum, forming a photography exhibition and document a co-creation process.
